So this year we've decided to buy an additional laser cutter. The current cutter is still doing fine. With more orders on the way and Ericka's business starting to ramp up (And getting more competition) , we've decided to invest in a second machine.

This should allow Ericka to get ramp up on some of her existing production and on-demand cutting jobs as well as provide more flexibility on engravings.

Ericka has often had to work quite late these last few months to accommodate for large engraving.

These engraving sometimes take up-to 4 hours to complete and when orders are tight, we need to ensure a timely output.

But until the new machine is finally ordered and delivered (Which can take a month or two or three.....We're blaming COVID) we'll have a few more late nights coming up.
